We provide written estimates / job sheets before commencing any work. The estimates / job sheet will be as accurate as possible.
We accept authorisation to proceed with work either through email and / or through signature.
There are a few occasions when, during work, we discover unexpected additional works. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to issue a revised estimate / job sheet based on the new findings. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to advise as necessary.
We accept BACS online payment, Mobile Barclays Ping It, and Cash. We do not accept cheques.
We require payment in full on the day of completion of works. W.J.Newton Property Maintenance Ltd. reserves the right to request stage payments and to cease works until payment is received.
Materials are the sole property of W.J.Newton Property Maintenance Ltd. until full payment is received.
W.J.Newton Property Maintenance Ltd. will always work and use the highest quality materials available. Materials will be covered by the manufacturer's guarantee.
If you are unhappy with something, we ask that you tell us as soon as possible so that we can rectify it if required and / or discuss a satisfactory alternative. We will always respond to any complaints and will work with you to correct anything that you're not happy with. We accept no responsibilty whatsoever for remedial work done by others.
